Make a natural oil finish with one part linseed or linseed oil, one part mineral alcohol and one part polyurethane. Use a combination of dye sealants that give the wood a little color and a durable finish, all in one. Then lightly sand the wooden furniture with fine-grained sandpaper. If you are going to apply wood stain to your furniture, you should do so after cleaning and sanding the wood, but before applying the sealant.
Use a brush to apply the dye. Your wooden furniture is now ready to dry. Allow it to dry for at least 24 hours before exposing it to wet or wet conditions; if rain is expected, cover the furniture with a tarp to protect it from rain. Start by staining the wood with a waterproofing dye.
This will help protect the wood from moisture and will also give it a protective layer. Once the stain is dry, apply a layer of sealer to the top. The sealant will have to be reapplied every few years, but it will help keep the wood in good condition for longer.
